Situata nel cuore del Valdarno nel piccolo paese di Terranuova Bracciolini, alle porte del Chianti e di Firenze, c’è una casa di campagna immersa nel verde chiamata Casa Fratta.
Set in the heart of the Valdarno area, in the Tuscan village of Terranuova Bracciolini, besides the Chianti area and Florence, there is a countryside house called Casa Fratta.
Adiacenti alla casa ci sono tre mini appartamenti forniti di tutto, che possono ospitare 2 persone ciascuno.
Attached to the main building, there are three studios, furnished with all the commodities that can accommodate 2-3 people each.
Per raggiungerci c’è un piccolo tratto di strada sterrata, ma pur trovandoci nel silenzio della campagna siamo a soli 800m dal centro del paese, facilmente raggiungibile in 5-10 minuti a piedi.
In paese c’è la stazione degli autobus, che vi possono portare alla stazione ferroviaria più vicina.
To arrive there is a small part of gravel road, but even if we are in the countryside silence, the village is just 800m away from the city centre (just 5-10 minutes walk).
There you can find the bus station, where you can take a bus to the nearest train station.
NB: Per favore guidate con prudenza sulla strada e suonate il clacson nei punti ciechi.

During the weekend the village and its neighbors come alive with different events, bars, restaurants, and clubs. There is always something to do and see. If you don’t have a car, we can take you to the nearest train station. We also have two bicycles that can be rented. There are some biking groups that on weekends are going around and you can join them.
